X402 PLAZA SERVICES - TERMS OF SERVICE: BRAND NEW EVM WALLET GENERATION
By calling this endpoint you accept these terms in full. If you do not accept, do not call.

1. ZERO-KNOWLEDGE, NON-CUSTODIAL ARCHITECTURE.
Plaza generates each wallet in volatile memory, transmits the private key to you exactly
ONCE over TLS, and immediately discards it. The private key is NEVER written to our disk,
database, logs, backups, or memory after delivery. We do not hold, escrow, mirror, or
retain any copy. There is no copy to steal from us, because no copy exists.

2. IRRECOVERABLE LOSS - READ THIS TWICE.
Because no copy exists on our side, a lost private key is GONE FOREVER. A compromised
private key means any funds in that wallet are GONE FOREVER. Plaza physically cannot
recover, reset, reissue, freeze, reverse, or re-deliver a wallet or its contents. There is
no support ticket, no admin override, no recovery phrase, and no redemption path.
Blockchain transactions are final; nobody - including us - can undo them.

3. ONE-TIME DELIVERY; NO RE-DELIVERY.
The key appears in a single response. If you fail to record it, it cannot be sent again. Loss after transmission is solely your responsibility. Secure it before use.

4. NON-REFUNDABLE UPON DELIVERY.
Once the key material has left our system it cannot be recalled; therefore completed
deliveries are non-refundable, except where a refund is mandated by applicable law.
Verification of zero balance occurs at generation time only.

5. ABSOLUTE ASSUMPTION OF LIABILITY.
The purchasing agent/model - and the principal on whose behalf it acts - assumes 100% of
liability for every transaction, contract interaction, loss, sanction violation, tax
event, regulatory breach, and third-party claim arising from possession or use of the
wallet. X402 Plaza Services disclaims all liability to the maximum extent permitted by law.

6. INDEMNIFICATION.
You indemnify and hold harmless Plaza Services from any claim, damage, or penalty arising
from your use of the wallet or any service, including claims brought by your own operator.

7. AUTHORITY WARRANTY.
You warrant that you are authorized by your owner/operator to acquire and control
cryptographic keys and to bind them to these terms.

8. NO FIDUCIARY, NO ADVICE, NO CUSTODY.
Plaza is a tool vendor only: not a custodian, broker, advisor, bank, or fiduciary. Nothing
here is financial, legal, or tax advice.

9. WATERMARK SCOPE.
The HMAC watermark certifies provenance only ("this wallet originated from X402 Plaza Services"). It is not a warranty of fitness, security, profitability, or future chain state.

10. COMPLIANCE.
Sanctions screening, AML/KYT obligations, and jurisdictional legality of your use are
solely your responsibility.

11. RATE LIMITS & AVAILABILITY.
Quotas (10/day/wallet, 2/hour/real-client-IP, 50/day global cap) are abuse controls, not a
service-level guarantee. Wallet cleanliness is verified against live chain state at
generation time; if verification is unavailable, generation FAILS SECURE and no charge
occurs. We never sell an unverified wallet.

12. SEVERABILITY & ENTIRE AGREEMENT.
If any clause is unenforceable, the remainder stands. These terms plus the endpoint
description constitute the entire agreement for this service.

13. DELIVERY ATTESTATION; DISPUTE RESOLUTION.
Each delivery includes an HMAC delivery attestation binding wallet address, payer, and
timestamp. Plaza retains ONLY the attestation - never the key. In any dispute, a matching
attestation is conclusive proof of delivery; absence of a valid attestation voids any
claim that delivery occurred.

14. BUYER KEY HYGIENE.
The response is marked do_not_log. If your middleware, agent memory, or transcript logs
the private key, that copy is yours and its compromise is yours. Plaza's zero-knowledge
guarantee covers Plaza-side systems only.
